Director Of It
CurrentAs the IT Director I'm responsible for leading all Little Giant Ladder Systems digital systems and platforms. This includes setting policy and directing the strategy, implementation and adoption of existing and future platforms and hardware. I guide and oversee the DBA, System Administration, Software Engineering and EDI teams. To effectively fulfill my responsibilities, I interface with all operational organizations across Little Giant Ladders and work with them to fulfill their digital needs to accomplish directives set by the executive team. I subscribe to the philosophy that IT work isn’t only about servicing internal customers but that the work of your IT department ultimately affects customers’ experiences with the business and that IT should be intensely focused on improving the customers’ experience.
