In the dewy weekend mornings I sit at my shop sipping my coffee, looking out on the street and working with my clay. I have a great love for pottery and the art that I create. I spend a lot of time detailing each piece before I throw it into over a thousand degrees kiln to make it stone.Classes and workshops at various community colleges in the Portland area have helped me develop my skills. I have studied under great names in pottery such as: Rudy Sehaver, Don Sprague, Richie Bellinger, Pat Horsley, Rhue Bruggeman, and Jill Allen.Today I'm very involved in ceramic art.
