As the Order Fulfillment Coordinator I work directly with our 3PW (Third Party Warehouse) in providing support from order entry to final delivery to the customer/retailer. I document and record data for use in establishing KPI (Key Performance Indicators) reports. -Manage a daily workflow of validating order receipt, order shipment, investigation of issues, and tracking of detail into systems for reporting.-Daily validation of incoming EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) orders are received, entered, and visible with 3PW-Process incoming manual purchase orders with 3PW-Work with 3PW to ensure all orders shipped within 48-hour window-Track customer shipments with freight carriers(FedEx and UPS)-Requesting POD (Proof of Delivery) from freight carriers as needed-Work with 3PW in filing freight carrier claims for missing or damaged product during shipment-Document results for finance team to use when processing customer payments-Assist in creating ASN (Advance Shipment Notice) at 3PW for incoming finished goods from our manufacturing partners-Record weekly finished good inventory into tracker-Record Retailer weekly OTIF (On-Time/In-full) percentages into KPI tracker-Run reports weekly on 3PW Portal for KPI reporting-Compare and analyze data between OTIF between retailers and 3PL-Send inventory to Amazon as needed-Provide Accounting support with cash receipt deduction research

•Generate quotes utilizing Stock’s ERP Software (Syteline) and follow up through quote cycle• Review purchase orders in detail to ensure accuracy, enter orders and manage all aspects of the sales cycle• Generate reports, utilizing Syteline, for upper management to review status of orders against budget• Understand our customers' business requirements to proactively manage their needs• Assist with logistics portion of part shipments as well as assist in a warehouse setting• Oversee cycle counts of parts• Generate purchase orders for parts from our suppliers and update ERP software as needed• Maintain high profile customer contact to guarantee quality customer service• Demonstrate expertise in problem solving, bringing new ideas and creative solutions to existing processes and issues.• Demonstrate strong negotiation abilities• Build relationships and build customer confidence through positive customer contact• Maintain high profile customer contact to guarantee quality customer service

Medically Retired! While at Camp Lejeune I served as the MIMS/GCSS Supervisor for my unit. This billet was in charge of maintaining accountability and use of every piece of equipment for our unit both physically and in our online portal (GCSS). Maintaining and temp loaning roughly $15 million of equipment and assuring proper procedures for both inspections and service requests.
