Developed footwear products for our Men and Women’s lines, as well as our U.S. Value lines, to ensure quality products for our customers. Actively involved in design initiatives including designing prints/patterns, sketching initial concepts, updating colorways, creating color palettes, writing specs, tracking trends and more. Provided an opportunity to display my versatility for development and design and expand my expertise of both areas.

Worked directly with Under Armour’s VP of Design on an extreme sport footwear project. This gave me the opportunity to learn and develop my skillset while understanding the team and professional atmosphere of an international athletic brand.- Worked with an Under Armour VP to enhance my footwear design skills and expand my design understanding.- Developed a strong outline with a specific vision to create the first footwear solution for a unique outdoor race.- Researched and tested the fields to further understand potential issues.- Designed a creative solution and presented a final product.

Worked directly with Nike athlete Jewell Loyd to design, develop and create her signature shoe. Reintroduced conceptual signature shoes for WNBA players through the results of the project. Partnered with Pensole Academy and King 5 News to create the initial sample and produce a story to bring awareness to women’s signature shoes.- Designed and developed a solution to fit Jewell’s specific needs in performance footwear, including rebound cushioning, low lace lockdown and low cut construction.- Collaborated with individuals across industries including news media, professional athletes and product/ material developers.- Combined research, design and development to deliver a successful solution in 10 weeks.

Designed and created a speed form and fifth-scale model of a 2+2 Battery Electric Vehicle as 3D Designer in a team of three students and in collaboration with staff from General Motors. Developed a brand strategy for an autonomous vehicle introduction and design direction.
