Information Security Services Engineer Ii
Current- Ensure compliance with Conduent and client security policies within assigned sites and technology domains. - Perform assessments, develop recommendations to close compliance gaps, investigate security / compliance incidents, and maintain a security scorecard that measures risk in their assigned area of responsibility. - Ensure business propositions and initiatives are reviewed for security policy compliance and engage Conduent cross-functional partners as needed to reduce security risks.- Develop tools, visualizations, and portals to bridge gaps between Conduent Information Security and Customer Experience Operations teams using Sharepoint, Power Automate, PowerBI, and Power Apps.- Review calls using call monitoring / recording application to determine if risks identified by operations management were genuine security risks and reported to the client as necessary.- Participate in Corporate Security investigations as liaison to the client, ensuring that all expectations of the client are upheld and investigated appropriately.- Prepare incident reports and timelines for presentation to the client detailing any security, risk, or compliance violations that occur on the project.- Create and train annual and ad-hoc training activities with reference to risk and compliance for use by operations and new hire training teams.- Review requests from operations for equipment moves, role / skill changes, access changes, and proxy exceptions prior to implementation.- Develop, monitor, and improve process for monthly workspace "clean-desk" and equipment maintenance evaluations.
