I'm a director of a fantastic group of skilled individuals in mechanical, software, electrical and embedded design, technical customer service and business processes.

Product champion and domain expert for a variety of products targeting Mechanized Irrigation Equipment (MIE) dealers and users with an emphasis in precision irrigation and remote management technologies. I own product plans and performance from conception to retirement. Responsible for product strategy and revenue, and associated dealer and sales training.I work closely with dealers, their customers and sales staff to understand and then compile marketing and business aspects of product requirements. I also use my role to orchestrate and provide a major source of new product ideas for the company. I work closely with Engineering Managers, in the execution of company objectives. Regularly detail product features, requirements and use-cases, establish realistic expectations for schedule and cost, and document project financial data such as ROI, margin analysis, forecasts, etc.Responsible for marketing deliverables and provide the guidelines for marketing, branding, and training requirements for product launch. This includes requirements, marketing and sales plans, forecasts, product collateral, product website content, and dealer training.Involved daily with Engineering Management, as well as other departments, to execute plans in accordance with company initiatives.I enjoy working closely with growers, producers, and ranchers in solving their problems through the use of technology.

Responsible to promote, identify, and negotiate new and repeat business for sales of company products. Exceeded labor and rental goals and received "Treasure Chest" award. Adapted quoting and sales design software into sales process. Accepted interim project manager role on a $3,000,000 water conveyance project. Actively participated in the sales engineering and design of pumping systems, center pivot irrigation systems, and other water conveyance systems.
