I am responsible for proactively engaging with customers in my New Jersey territory. My daily responsibilities include on-site visits, securing and scheduling meetings with key decision makers, providing ongoing training, new product demonstrations, troubleshooting technical issues and collaboration with Internal Customer Success teams. Project Management / Customer Success Management role for a Fortune 500 Animal Pharmaceutical company. During my time with Sabii Digital, I managed a sales and marketing team while architecting a 60% conversion rate for inbound leads, developed several pitch decks, marketing campaigns, educational training videos, and successfully executed a in-person ride-along with pharmaceutical reps where I had successfully achieved an 80% conversion rate of our pilot program. Through collaboration with veterinary business and Key Opinion Leaders, my team and I were able to drive organizational success both during the pandemic and beyond.
