This role involved managing own projects from schematic design through contract administration. Working autonomously and in collaboration with other designers and sub-consultants. Working directly with clients. Preparing BA, DA and Tender working drawings with a high level of detail focus, including custom joinery and FF&E scheduling. Conducted site visits with principle architect and assisting in providing documentation knowledge in client / sub-consultant meetings.
