Worked at one of the most respected and prestigious Fire Departments in the nation. Being a member of a premiere department, I was held at a high standard where integrity, honesty, and ability to work as a team was paramount. This was a very rewarding and challenging job where only excellence was expected and often required one to make quick life or death decisions while always paying close attention to detail. Leaving this position to pursue other dreams was one of the hardest decisions Ive ever made.

I worked in many different counties across California responding to various emergency calls such as vehicle accidents, medical calls, structural, and wild land fires. I worked strenuous long hours that required extensive physical and mental endurance, a positive attitude, and ability to work seamlessly as a team. Fighting fire required a high level of responsibility, integrity, and professionalism, both on and off the job and while interacting with the community. I completed countless hours of training then in 2006, I was promoted to Engineer. As an Engineer, I was responsible for making critical decisions, managing others, as well as driving and operating the fire engine.
