I have 11 years of experience working in the software engineering field. Currently, I work as a Consultant at JPI inc. improving products and services for our customers by using automated robotic process automation, assisting non technical colleagues with concepts or practices they are not familiar with, and helping with proposals when called upon for support.Previously, I was a testing team lead for JPI where I organized needed testing during system upgrades. These could include monthly OS patching to the release of new functionality. I also used to be a consultant at CGI Federal, where I used MS-SQL to implement complex business rules that helped automate flagging medical billings to insurance agencies for audit if there were discrepancies. I also assisted in developing RDL reports (letters) that would be sent out to medical providers to request medical records to kick off and run through the audit process.
