Cyber Security Engineer
CurrentI am responsible for evaluating the operational technology within computing infrastructures to ensure that technological and data resources are adequately protected. My role involves identifying, evaluating, and reporting on risks to computer hardware and software to comply with regulations and support the company's overall risk management strategy. My responsibilities include:• Designing, deploying, and managing systems, applications, and tools that are essential for cyber security and defense.• Integrating hardware, software, and other components to address operational challenges faced by cyber defenders.• Designing new strategies, methods, and techniques for protecting IT and operational technology systems and networks.• Researching and investigating emerging risk topics, threats, vulnerabilities, capabilities, and solution options to create or update technology strategies, solution architecture, and assessments.• Documenting security processes and procedures for future reference and training purposes.
