Built custom templates and pages in the Shopify system that allow for Rhino to generate custom product pages and content without the need of a full time web developer.Extensive Javascript, Ruby, SASS, Liquid, Grunt and GIT knowledge were used to build a system that eventually replaced my role in the company.Contributed to product photography shoots and off-site filming for social media.

Call Box engineered software that tracks, analyzes, and finds meaning in phone calls. We worked with car dealerships, insurance agencies, dentists, and thousands of other companies that seek to understand their marketing efforts and become more effective communicators.My job at Call Box was to build and maintain reports used by thousands of clients. The reports I built measure and analyze more than one million minutes of call data per day. Writing complex queries that load quickly and provide meaningful metrics was my biggest challenge. Overview of responsibilities while at Call Box:• Conceived and built reports, management tools and solutions for enterprise clients using Coldfusion, Javascript, SQL and Python• Coordinated front end, back end and phone system developers to deliver reporting projects for Call Box’s largest clients • Served as liaison between Call Box’s technical team and Call Box’s largest clients to align client expectations with technical limitations • Developed a new product that integrated Call Box’s calling records with Google’s Adwords API to deliver meaningful marketing analytics and performance analysis• Responded to support tickets across all platforms abiding by a strict SLA

Day to day activities included identifying the main areas of risk within businesses applying for credit as well as analyzing personal financial statements. I worked with IRS tax returns and credit bureau reports to generate individual cash flow analysis and balance sheets to understand strengths of individual borrowers or guarantors. I approved and/or denied loans within certain limits and made credit structure and loan pricing decisions.
