• Formulate sales target at branch and individual level based on objective factors to ensure fairness and impartiality• Provide analytical support and simulation on sales incentive scheme for fine-tuning design to cope with the changing business environment• Publish sales monitoring report which reduced risky and suspicious I&I transactions• Deliver sales progressing report for closely monitor individual performance

Investment and Insurance Analytics (October, 2015 – September, 2017)• Deliver insightful analytics to facilitate strategies and proposition refinement, cross-selling opportunity and portfolio management• Perform customer segmentation and building investment and Banca-assurance propensity models• Drive the optimization of regular reports for investment and insurance by reducing the processing time and re-defining figures• Prepare regulatory and monitoring reports with proper control processes for senior management

Campaign Management (August, 2014 – September, 2015)• Support Investment and Card Loan campaigns from end-to-end process • Stream-line and standardize campaign flow to automate daily tasks by enhancing SAS & VBA script• Design a standard protocol of tracking process and report all at once to minimize generating tracking campaign by campaign

• Perform the campaign execution process for High-Value-Segments and Wealth Management, such as pre-campaign analysis, targeting, execution, fulfillment and tracking• Support users in defining the selection criteria and providing in-depth campaign analysis with recommendations• Conduct business analysis, generating performance MIS reports, and supporting some data mining or strategic projects• Participate in the design, development and maintenance of analytical data-marts to ensure that the information is updated, and in sync-with business operations
