About Cody Shepherd

I am part of an amazing team who support all aspects of IT Operations for our company. I am ultimately accountable for almost 80 IT Employees who provide a broad variety of IT services, including: Compute (all things server Hardware, OS, and virtualization), Enterprise Storage, Network, Telecom, Messaging and Collaboration, Mobility (internal mobile applications), Enterprise Application Support, DevOps and RPA, Cloud Services, Operational Security, ITSM, IT Compliance and Licensing, Service Desk, Desktop Support, IT Asset Management, Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity, and Data Centers. The credit goes to the incredible teams who deliver amazing results, solutions and service every day. We are an awesome, intelligent, fun team who is not afraid to work hard and get things done, but have fun and take care of each other along the way.
