A major role I played in this was working closely with art leads to identity necessary tools that could optimize our pipeline’s workflow inefficiencies and translate those needs into actionable plans for our programming and production teams.• Identified recurring bottlenecks and broken pipeline logic that prevented art departments from handing shots downstream. This includes bug and sequence delegation and oversight. • Sequence management: Prior to a shot being handed downstream, it would run through my team to provide technical feedback and point out any concerns that are likely to break things such as CFX and VFX simulations. • Lead onboarding, mentoring, and best practices for both UE4 and Linux pipelines and authored documentation for Art Department training and troubleshooting. At Warby, I manage system processing for the entirety of our SE District for orders being imported from our overseas labs. I also manage our consumables’ supplies budget for our store. Additionally, I collaborate with a team of creatives from other districts to purse new concepts for upcoming collections. This includes topic such as frame design and marketing materials. Furthermore, I ensure our store is prepared for upcoming launches by managing said launch schedule and ensuring our team is comfortable with the new material by educating them on new content

Asheville, North Carolina Area

Working in collaboration with the school’s Director of Technology and four of Apple’s Cupertino representatives , we developed a one week crash course for each summer to teach high school students the basics of creating various games, including AR, in Swift. This includes working closely with our coding team to discuss the possibilities we could pursue with said game’s art direction. During the duration of the camp, I usually serve as a T.A., helping kids better understand the tech and teaching them the basics to digital art so they can import their own assets into their game.
