As an HR Tech Partner, my role is to facilitate the continuous optimization of employee experience through technology, ensuring alignment with business priorities through close collaboration with Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to identify and capture improvement opportunities and system design requirements. Key activities include: serving as a Workday specialist for Compensation and Learning, proactively identifying system enhancement opportunities, proposing and promoting solutions considering the needs of all stakeholders (Avon, Natura, The Body Shop LatAm, and Emana Pay); analyzing trends and data to improve employee experience through HR technology; facilitating communication among different global and regional projects, stakeholders, and initiatives to ensure proper alignment for change; conducting release analyses and recommending updates in line with business priorities. Supported structures: +22,000 employees and +50 countries.

Latin America

Responsible for reviewing processes, developing, implementing, and monitoring Human Resources projects in the digital transformation process of Natura &Co Latam, supporting the achievement of the area's strategy, compliant with legislation, and disseminating new processes and new system (Workday), reinforcing the culture, beliefs, and values of the group considering the merger strategy of the Natura & Co group (which bu the time included the brands Natura, Avon, The Body Shop, and Aesop). I coordinated project activities across 15 countries in Latin America, the USA, and France with the aim of implementing a single HRIS solution to enable standardization of structure, data, and processes.

Part of a multidisciplinary team responsible for planning and launching the first racial mentoring program at Natura & Co Latam, in partnership with the Racial Awareness Squad and the Development & Learning Team at N&Co Latam (providing learning paths for mentors and mentees, and an e-book for structuring the process/sessions).
