As House of HR’s Integration Manager I bridge the gap between the IT vision and strategy of House of HR, and the business goals of the local companies. I currently focus on the Dutch House of HR companies - Continu, Covebo and Redmore.I advise the companies in optimizing their business processes and application architecture, using a set of recommended applications for each process.As a business process specialist, I:- Support local operating companies in documenting and designing core processes- Support local operating companies in implementation and migration of new applications- Act as a knowledge center for core applications and best practices

As Myler's Product Owner, I am responsible for the development and support of the Myler platform. I develop and maintain the production vision. And I translate this in an Agile Goal Oriented Roadmap, with specific goals, projects, features and releases.I maintain and prioritise the product backlog. Ensuring their is a healty mix of new features, technical and architectual improvement, and support issues. I also write and refine user stories with business stakeholders and the development team.On a daily basis I work closely with the Scrum Development Team which consists of 15 developers, with different nationalities, and different skills. All communications are in English.I use tools like Jira, FeatureMap and Slack. But also SonarQube to check the quality of the code.

When I joined Myler in 2010, the organization was is the startup phase. The backoffice administration was done in Excel. I have implemented AFAS Profit as Myler's ERP system.As application manager I change and configured the application so it was suited to run Myler's entire backoffice administration. I've modelled and automated all primary business processen in workflows. Futhermore, I've realized an interface with our online platform.This way I enabled Myler to grow from a startup to a professional business, who was in control of its primairy processes.This implementation was rewarded by AFAS in 2011 for the best ERP implementation of the year.

As Myler's quality and process manager, I described and standardized the primary processes of the organization, using flowcharts and process descriptions based on the ISO 9001 standard. Where applicable I created procedures and work descriptions. In order to be able to this, I successfully obtained the ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certificate.Subsequently, I implemented this quality management system within the Myler organization. The end result was that we had a standardized way of working, and all employees acted according to their role and responsibilies. This enabled Myler to deliver higher quality service to our customers.

I handle part of the financial administration at Myler. My main concern is paying and issuing invoices.

I did my internship at the Guarantee Centre of ABN Amro in Rotterdam. Here, I conducted research into the influence of employee's job satisfaction and cynicism on their readiness for change. Furthermore, I looked into the effects of transactional- and transformational leadership on this relationship.
