Dat vereiste een beperkte duur van de presentatie en een koelingsmethode die nu door de innovatieve technologie Cool-Spot wordt achterhaald. Deze nieuwe vinding zorgt voor een ‘deken’ van koude lucht tot circa 20 cm hoogte en ultra schoon fijn verneveld vocht met een constante temperatuur tussen 2 en 7˚C op het werkblad. Borgen houdt in dat levensmiddelen in winkels en restaurants zonder koeling maximaal twee uur mogen worden gepresenteerd. Daarna moeten al die producten worden vernietigd. In de Hygiënecode voor de Horeca zijn de eisen vastgelegd voor het borgen van de temperatuur van (bederfelijke) levensmiddelen. Bij ongekoelde presentatie van eten geldt een tijdborging van maximaal twee uur. Met Cool-Spot geldt die beperking niet: de presentatie blijft vers en oogt fris tot een hoogte van ongeveer 20 cm. Dat levert een aanzienlijke kostenbesparing op, niet alleen administratief, maar ook omdat minder wordt weggegooid. Binnen PCI Nederland het aanspreekpunt voor Professional Print. Met dit team adviseren wij de markt op het gebied van hoog volume print oplossingen voor de grafische industrie en centrale repro omgevingen, voor zowel groot formaat printing als klein formaat printing.

Haaksbergen

Bij pci ben ik verantwoordelijk voor de vestiging Haaksbergen. Dit team van professionals richt zich op het adviseren van het MKB in Overijssel en Flevoland op het gebied van printing, cloud, software, AV en scanning.Daarnaast ben ik landelijk verantwoordelijk voor de afdelingen Audio Visueel en Professional Print.De afdeling AV houdt zich bezig met visuele communicatie, denk aan narrowcasting, presenteren en interactieve schermen, video conferencing en online vergaderen. De afdeling Professional Print adviseert de grafische industrie en de centrale repro omgevingen op het gebied van documentverwerking op allerlei vlakken.

Arnhem

Bij pci ben ik verantwoordelijk voor de vestiging Duiven.
