Als regiomanager had ik 2 vestigingen onder me in Enschede en Apeldoorn. Daar had ik de leiding over 4 teammanagers. Als regiomanager heb je de operationele verantwoordelijkheid over de gehele werving in de desbetreffende regio waarin je werkzaam bent. Je stuurt een aantal teammanagers aan en draagt zorg voor het behalen van het regiotarget. Daarnaast zorg je voor een efficiënte planning van tijd, mensen en middelen en geef je opvolging aan interne procedures met betrekking tot de werving.

Het zelfstandig opstarten en leiden van een promotieteam ter grootte van gemiddeld 25 parttime en/of fulltime medewerkers te Zwolle en Apeldoorn. Werving & selectie, planning, algemene management, organiseren van acties, administratie en onderhouden van de vestiging, speelden hierbij dagelijks de hoofdrol.
