About Amanda Coffee

I am a special education teacher at heart and my love for education (regular and special) started many years ago. I've completed my Education Specialist degree in Educational Leadership and my Masters degree in Special Education. I've spent most of adult life in education, as either a student or teacher, and there is nothing better than making a real impact through educating and inspiring our future leaders. "If you are planning for a year, sow rice; if you are planning for a decade, plant trees; if you are planning for a lifetime, educate people.”When I am not working, I enjoy being a mom of two rapidly growing teenaged sons, spending time as a part time beach bum, making soap (yes, soap) and gardening in my own backyard. I also love anything relating to technology and I am a huge Apple "fan".
