• Source resumes through talent network.• Post jobs on multiple job boards.• Act as primary POC for all employee benefit issues.• Act as liaison between employees and corporate benefits department.• Prepare reports for analysis and distribution and ensure employee data integrity.• Respond to employee inquiries and communicate to HR Manager.• Assist with conducting new hire orientations.• Coordinate and provide witness notes to HR Manager for internal investigations.• Assist HR Manager with recruiting, job changes, position management, and new hire processing.• Assist with pre-screening candidates for government security clearances.

• Human Resources duties including hiring and terminating staff.• Manage four private Ultra-High-Net-Worth estates (real estate, vehicles & concierge services)• Troubleshoot I.T. and A.V. equipment.• Conduct scheduling for preventative maintenance on real estate & assets of clientele.• Adhere to strict confidentiality agreements.• Complete weekly financial statements, manage bank accounts, inventory and billing.• Perform Site Surveys to assure the safety and visual standards are met.• Employee relations issues.• Payroll for staff, project management pay schedules for contractors.
