About Rachel Coffey
I am a recent Cum Laude graduate from the Colorado School of Mines with a B.S. in Environmental Engineering. During my time at Mines, I worked under Dr. Christopher Bellona and his graduate research students researching the removal of PFAS from water. Also during my time at Mines, I had two internships which helped me gain hands on experience in project management, data analysis, environmental permitting, and water treatment knowledge, enhancing my practical skills and professional knowledge. Upon graduation from the Colorado School of Mines I moved to Fort Worth, TX where I am working as an EIT at Plummer Associates Inc. as a part of the wastewater treatment team. My passion for the environment and keen interest in water treatment design drive my excitement to start in this field.
