Quality Manager, was chief cook and bottle washer position with activities involving product quality issues resolution, dealing with vendor quality, developing and presenting customer quality reports, managing repair technicians and developing a real time metrics system that monitored production yields, field returns with fault Pareto charts for both.

I held positions as electrical technician, manufacturing engineer, quality engineer and quality manager in this company. In my role as quality manager implemented Mil-I 45208 quality inspection system followed by Mil-Q 9858 Quality Management system. I wrote the quality manual and quality representative for Hyperion during many successful customer quality audits. During my time as manufacturing engineer, I implemented lot control system, designed and built universal transformer test fixture that reduced test time from five minutes to less than one minute and reduced the delinquent on time delivery time from one year to less than 2 weeks in less than one month of taking this position. I consider my self expert on both transformer and power supply technology.
