I helped to provide an effective and efficient advice service to members of the public, using a range of accessible platforms. I maintained a positive and responsible influence on local and national policy development. Key responsibilities:• Conducted over 430 one-on-one client interviews, face to face and via Webchat• Negotiated with third parties such as statutory and non-statutory bodies where appropriate, drafting correspondence and making necessary referrals• Assisted the organisation in its research and campaign activities both locally and nationally• Produced detailed and accurate case notes on each client after interview
