Massivit (TASE: MSVT) has developed a groundbreaking portfolio of large-scale 3D printers that enable ultra-fast digital fabrication using industrial-grade materials. The company install base comprised more than 220 printers all over the world.As CFO, I worked hand in hand with the CEO, including on investor relations, presentations, and participation in international conferences. Key responsibilities encompassed financial oversight for the Israeli company and its overseas (US and European) subsidiaries, covering all ISA requirements, ISA filings, budget preparation, and participation in board / audit committee meetings. In addition, I was responsible for the company’s IT and cybersecurity operations, which entailed a full overhaul and upgrade of all IT infrastructure.

Adika Style is an ultra-fast fashion online store, which was traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (ADKA) until its merger with Golf (TASE: GOLF). As CFO, I worked closely with the CEO on various strategic plans, collaborations, presentations, and agreements, while maintaining excellent relationships with the board of directors and its committees. Core responsibilities included managing the accounting department (ISA filings, budget preparation, oversight of international subsidiaries), monitoring KPIs for online and offline activities from a financial and operational perspective, supervising the BI team, and managing the company’s legal exposure in cooperation with external attorneys.

iCongroup is an Apple licensee and the largest distributor of Apple products in Israel. As the group’s CFO, I headed the finance team that finalized the prospectus for an IPO on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, including the transition from Israeli GAAP to IFRS, as well as all disclosures required under SEC regulations and implemented reporting on a quarterly basis. The group’s initial market cap was NIS 0.8 Billion. Other key responsibilities included active participation in all roadshow phases, such as preparing and delivering presentations to institutional investors, management of the IT/IS team, implementing risk management practices, upgrading reporting systems, and working hand-in-hand with many internal and external parties, from the board to insurance consultants and legal counsel.

S.wear is the official importer of Hanes clothing to Israel. During my time as CFO, I initiated and established a cross-organizational BI system, developing a consistent language, defining KPIs, and supporting critical business decisions. This system drove substantial savings, increased profitability, and positive cash flow.Overall, I partnered with the S.wear CEO in mapping and implementing strategic and business development efforts for this low-margin business, including M&A and decisions on opening new stores and shutting down non-profitable activities: implemented budget and budgetary control system; improved productivity and reduced material costs by taking ownership of IT and communication systems; negotiated and executed rental agreements; and built a foreign exchange hedging strategy, improving net profitability by over 10% per year.In addition, I had full responsibility for preparing financial statements and liaising with CPAs, tax advisors, and other parties.

Served as CFO and a member of the senior management team for LDI (Mapal Communications Group), parallel to acting as CEO for a subsidiary on a temporary basis. I worked closely with the CEO and board of directors, developing and executing strategic growth initiatives, while overseeing subsidiaries and liaising with the finance departments of global licensors. My responsibilities included ongoing work with banks in order to secure and manage the credit lines necessary for growth, preparing financial statements, and upgrading various internal reporting, collection, production, and other systems to enhance profitability.

Major responsibilities included preparing quarterly reviewed and annually audited financial statements to the Israel Securities Authority, supporting the transition to IFRS, and preparing and analyzing budget reports. During this period I also substantially improved internal and external reporting systems, reducing personnel and salary costs by more than a quarter while the company’s revenues increased by 20%.
