Influence strategic decision making by collaborating with the CSO, Global Head of Customer Success, sales leadership team, executives, and team members.Focus Areas: Drive strategic decision-making by critically analyzing large datasets, sales performance, and business processes, delivering actionable insights and executing impactful improvements.Partner with senior leadership across sales, finance, engineering, and other key teams to align on initiatives, outcomes, and long-term objectives.Lead the execution of high-priority business initiatives by defining clear metrics, tracking progress, and evaluating the viability of growth opportunities to ensure scalability and success.Develop comprehensive execution plans for Customer Success, including activities, timelines, resource allocation, and milestones, while collaborating with sales teams to establish robust systems and policies for sustained growth.Provide executive-level reporting to the CSO and stakeholders, highlighting obstacles, gaps, and strategic solutions to maintain momentum and overcome challenges.Define and implement performance targets, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to monitor the progress and success of Customer Success’ strategic initiatives.
