We are thrilled to be partnered with The Muljat Group Realtors, a grassroots business in Whatcom County since 1989. In 2018, we founded the Whatcom County Real Estate Hub. A platform for agents operating in Whatcom County to educate, learn, collaborate and network. We host quarterly panels highlighting current issues, best practices & sharing success stories. The goal: to raise the bar on how real estate is done to provide the best and highest level of service to our clients.Since 2015, I have been involved in numerous residential/commercial developments around Whatcom County including the June road project, Sea Smoke Development in Semiahmoo and more to come! In 2019, a passion of mine - telling local stories - became real. Our team founded the Building Bellingham Podcast! Our goal was to be a platform for local businesses right here in Whatcom County to gain more visibility, have their authentic (vulnerable) story told to show the force behind the brands that we all know. In 2020 COVID-19 hit & we created the Pivot series- interviewing over 70 local business owners. In October of 2020, the Building Bellingham Podcast was awarded "Best of the Northwest" for podcasts & publications.Community is at the core of our team in all aspects - working with local vendors, shopping local, interviewing local and being as plugged in/educated on local happenings. In 2017 the Clean Water Happy Hour was created to bringing our community together through... giving! In partnership with Overflow Taps and Charity Water, we donate for every home (on behalf of our clients) to bring clean water to the world & raise awareness for those who do not have access to clean water.
