I have an extensive background in supporting large scale initiatives, and have spent the last 8 years specialising in change management and training. I am a certified Change Management Practitioner, and experienced in applying change management methodologies (e.g. Prosci 3-Phase Process, ADKAR) to guide organisations through challenging initiatives and transitions. Previous change initiatives have included CRM and other system rollouts, regulatory-based programs of work, and data migrations.
