Currently, as CEO of the Israeli Coastal and Marine Engineering Research Institute (CAMERI), I have quadrupled the institute’s income by expanding its reach beyond B2B services to collaborations with top-tier universities, tech multinationals, startups, and government agencies. Since diversifying, sales have grown by 40% on average per year and profitability KPIs have been improving. I also led a strategic organizational restructure within CAMERI, recruiting top-tier talent - achieving a 400% revenue increase in five years.
