- Lead the UVS product delivery and engineering services (responsible for Sys. Engineering, Quality, Automation Development & Publications groups in Israel, India & the US)- Manage release schedules, deadlines & groups priorities, for several OEM vendors concurrently.- Direct, oversee and develop Engineering Services work plans, projects and programs, monitor work flows, review and manage work products, methods and procedures (up to code review level).- Direct, review, and approve product design and changes (part of CCB board) - Provide program risk management & roadmap success metrics.- Responsible for Engineering Services overall budget, forecasting & staffing.

- Led the iSN product solutions team and delivery.- Software & storage private clouds design and delivery in US, Europe & Asia. - Lead large customers virtualized applications projects roll outs.- Manage RFI/RFP's & ATP for customers (as well as ROI/TCO/RPO & COI matrixes) - Define Integrated Solution Requirements (based on product benefits and customer value)- Generate a roadmap for the integrated solution and synchronized it with roadmaps of solution’s sub-systems - Work closely with Sales & marketing teams on market positioning - Outbound customers interface management (daily work with enterprise customers, partners, vendors & resellers on product requirements, solutions design, POC's & beta plans, training sessions, presentations and marketing documentation)- Engage & Manage Solutions partnerships (such as with Microsoft, VMware & Citrix)- Manage the Product Security Information Security aspects of the product and for the customers remote access agreements- Manage the Applications Integration testing & Certifications go to market- Present/Lecture at Conferences, Tradeshows, Vendors & Customer sites - Generate Whitepapers, PR's, Solutions brochures & Solutions user manuals (such as Solution targeted Best Practices guides)
