They have to operate many different computer systems that are tied to distinct brands. Making the systems talk to each other, and produce consumable data for the administrators to reason on is a challenging task. While a few of the systems have an open AI, most do not. For that reason, I have worked with web scraping and robot process automation to extract data from that systems. Moreover, I created and and supported routines for extracting and inserting data on systems, using the mentioned methods. The data was stored in a Odoo ERP, where it could be managed by other users, before getting on a state where it could be inserted/exported to another system. Finally, I created Workflow Automation tasks on Podio.com: one multiple porpuse system that is used at Gentil.
