Currently a Military Professor at the U.S. Naval War College, teaching joint operations and strategic studies. Of note, I’m the former battalion commander of 1-38 FA MLRS Regiment, Camp Casey, South Korea; I served three years as the U.S. exchange instructor to the Royal School of Artillery in the UK, was an O/C with JRTC, completed three Iraq deployments, and I hold a Top Secret security clearance (TS/SCI). I earned my first Master's degree in History from LSU, a second at the Naval War College, and I hold a Graduate Certificate In Maritime History. I’ve published two professional articles with both the UK and US Artillery communities, and a peer reviewed article published in the Trafalgar Chronicle. I’ve spent over 8 of my 25 years in service overseas, either fighting, traveling, or being stationed across 35 different nations. I’m happily married with three daughters.
