Performed duties of AF Senior Security Officer and later Program Manager for CAFNET, a multi-level, multi-program, multi-domain system of networks providing operational and intelligence information to the warfighter. These positions and duties were maintained for over 9 years at Langley and the Pentagon. A significant portion of the intelligence community and special access required duties, responsibilities, skills, tasks, and locations are classified and can not be provided, nor can the list of international partners, other government agencies, and sub-DoD agencies and programs participating in CAFNET and what information was shared and how sharing was determined. The entire list of contractors is classified, however the primary contractors are General Dynamics, SAIC, CACI, CISCO and Microsoft. Develop and enable secure net-centric operations and increase the accessibility of information, across the classification ratings of unclassified, secret, top secret, SCI, and SAP/SAR including:• Programmable and embeddable security solutions• End-to-end voice, data and network security products • Multi-domain and cross-domain products• Security, Key and identity management infrastructures • High assurance systems architecture and integrationCharged with protecting critical information, optimizing security in hostile environments and providing for shared, mobile yet secure working environments. Oversee development and propagation of world-class information assurance technologies, secure communications and networking solutions, and secure mission and data systems to help achieve mission success.Designs, develops, and integrates highly sophisticated command, control, and communications systems for the U.S. military, federal agencies, other government agencies and related international customers. These state-of-the-art systems combine advanced imagery software and multi-sensor integration to provide real- time situational awareness to tactical decision makers.
