Formulating & reviewing plans for O & M, HRD and controlling of Engineering Support Activities of the complete Army Aviation Equipment costing hundreds of crores of rupees. Spearheading maintenance of entire fleet of Army Aviation Helicopters including ground support equipment.Successfully supervised induction of Advanced Light Helicopters in the Army.Selected for first course of EME Officers; provided engineering support to army aviation when the maintenance responsibility shifted from Air Force to Army.Effectively managed modernisation of Workshops and Automation of Offices.
