Salesman:Taking the responsibility for Customers services and following up the requirements from Sales, here are the details:Communication with the customers about the artworks development, like hang tags, display trays and boxes packages.Submitted the samples to customers for approval.Coordinating Purchasing Orders issued for mass-production.Sourcing and purchasing the paper materials and arrange for production lines.Solving the problems happened to mass-production and communications with the customers.Making documents and working out the payment with customers.

Senior Merchandiser:Handling from the purchasing to the production, including the sourcing the materials, developing the samples and lab testing, preparing the cost sheets for products, negotiating prices and issuing POs, arranging for the mass production and inspections and coordinating with shipping department.
