My focus is turning watermelons (raw AI results) into watermelon cocktails (Consolidated, powerful and automated insights for decision-making), by merging the roles of Product Owner (Understanding and planning how to solve customer pains) with data science (Complementing the AI automation of high-effort manual processes with enlightening key information and recommendations for decision-making).

Lead Doctoral Data Science Specialist in the 30 months project "Developing proactive performance assessment tools through the integration of Lean & BIM Management and Data Science" founded with US$ 300.000 by the Chilean National Research and Development (ANID) to provide early performance assessment and outcome prediction models for construction.

- Led the cross-functional IMPERA Planning and Control software team, including commercial, development, and operations. - Average annual sales growth of 30% and a 600% increase in active projects over 30 months.- Also consultancy in construction management, digital transformation, strategic decision-making, and lean production, with more than 20 clients.

- Part-time lecturer at the Construction Engineering and Management Department from the School of Civil Engineering at Universidad de Talca in project management subjects.- Bachelor thesis advisor in the topics of Construction Management, Lean Construction, and the Last Planner System.

- Strategic socio-economic evaluation of a 50-year combat ship-building program for the Chilean Navy.- Actively involved in programming a Montecarlo Simulation to model aspects such as ship availability, purchase options, lifecycles, infrastructure development, and construction times, among others.- Collaborated with a team of 7 Engineering professors, and 4 PhDs, led by the Dean of Engineering UC.

- Collaborated in the strategic planning and installation stages of the National Interdisciplinary Centre for Construction Productivity and Sustainability - CIPYCS -Led a multidisciplinary team of 12 people at the leading node and coordinated a team of 20 regional professionals and 40 AEC professors belonging to 7 universities and 8 collaborating companies.
