I am the CEO and Senior Consultant for Prosper & Partner International Consulting Firm, LLC. Prosper & Partners is a global organizational and professional development consulting firm that develops innovative solutions to complex problems.I am also a lead trainer and consultant for CADCA (Community Anti-Drug Coalition of America). CADCA is a non-profit organization that serves and provide trainings for more than 5,000 community coalitions in the United States and for more than 15 countries. In my role, I have assisted with training for more than 5,000 people and collaborating with organizations in Port-au-Prince, Haiti and Cape Town, South Africa to establish and maintain community coalitions. In my professional career I have taught high school and college students, served as an educational specialist for an upward bound program, was a voting board member for the United Way of Broward County and NASPA Region 1. I collaborated with multiple offices and organizations, oversaw organizational and departmental budgets, assisted in developing a relationship with a corporate partner and provided programming and events for diverse clientele. Larger initiatives that I have overseen, started and managed are the following; planning of a national conference, projector director for an organizational management documentary, Regional Representative for NASPA’s (Student Affairs Administrators in Higher Education) African American Knowledge Community, faculty to student mentorship program, the increase of financial resources for the Multicultural Student Affairs Office at Keene State College and helped create and implement a strategic plan of diversity for two higher educational institutions.Finally, I am the author of No Entry: Examining the Powers that Undermine our Full Potential. This book explores our potential and how systems of power can stifle or grow our potential.
