Creating and managing plans to hit Sales, Markdown, Inventory, Weeks of Supply & Margin targets. Responsible for pre-season and in season OTB management, as well as post season hindsighting. Plan and track Choice Count at both Retail and Direct channels to ensure optimal SKU productivity and manage markdown styles. Create efficient markdown plans using a combination of permanent markdowns and temporary promotions. Create and distribute weekly reporting on key attributes to leadership, planning and buying divisions. Collaborate closely with Buying, Allocation, Buying Ops and Web Ops to maintain optimal product assortment and customer experience.PROJECT WORK: Identify and lead projects aimed at improving and growing the business Led a promotion optimization project to identify most impactful way to run Furniture promotions. Analyzed 3 separate promotion events to find optimal price points, discount percentages and attribute groupings for best demand lift and promotion results. Ran a reporting enhancement project for our Weekly Order process by creating a more in-depth workbook to provide insight into over/under funded attributes and areas of opportunity. Show less
