About Graham Colborne

With over 20 years of experience in the project management profession, I help organisations deliver value through the selection and delivery of projects that align with their strategy. As a Principal Consultant at Sydney Metro, I assisted the Enterprise PMO to develop good practice and ensured senior management had the visibility and controls to make informed decisions. I am passionate about advancing the project management disciplines and sharing my knowledge and insights with others. I have co-authored a book on benefits management, presented at various conferences, mentored aspiring leaders, and served as a judge for the PMO Global Awards. I hold the Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP) and Project Management Professional (PMP) credentials from PMI, and I have received the National Award for Distinguished Contribution to the profession. My mission is to enable organisations to realise their potential and achieve their goals through effective portfolio management and governance.
