Many of the tools include but are not limited to; Calipers, Micrometers, Indicators, Steel Rules, Optical Comparators, Plug Gages, Thread gages, and proficient in use of Microscopes.∙ Sign off and stamp product, verifying your responsibility of said product for up to 20 years of use or shelf life.∙ In depth inspection of welds including visual and mechanical testing, not limited to push, pull testing, flushness tests, oxidation visual charts and inspection up to 20x magnification for cracks or fractures (no certification outside of Honeywell training)∙ Follow JSA, SWP, SIER and all work instructions and process documents applicable and adhere to the quality standards put in place by the company.∙ Proficient use in many product systems, including MES, Proficient, Chronos, Office.∙ Certified through Honeywell to inspect both Surface Mount and Through Hole Solder.∙ Ability to work in a controlled environment, such as ESD and Clean Room settings, and follow all applicable restrictions and precautions necessary to ensure product quality.∙ Ability to work with document classification up to and including Top Secret, access Chronos or department safe/vault for “Need to Know” control, as well as Two-Person control classifications.∙ Use of NCR, Hold, and Suspect tags on parts to segregate defective from Mark Quality.
