I am a passionate and self-driven young professional. My previous role I functioned as a Site Manager. This role along with others allowed me to learn a multitude of skills including coaching, time management, project management, leadership, material planning, process improvement, data analysis, KPI/Cost saving analysis, critical thinking, adaptation to high stress situations, logistics coordination, vendor assessment, and maintaining/building business relationships.My drive for constant self-improvement has enabled me to take on many responsibilities and titles since starting my career. I take pride in learning new skills, taking on new responsibilities, problem solving, consulting, and being an asset to my company, customers, and coworkers. Whether it is analyzing numbers as if I am Neo in The Matrix, proposing KPI’s or process improvements, leading my team, consulting a customer, or lifting parts trying to be Arnold Schwarzenegger, I enjoy taking on multiple tasks in my daily duties and filling whatever role is needed to ensure the company functions efficiently and effectively.If every company is a structure and the employees are the supporting beams, I want to be the best supporting beam I can be.
