Under the supervision of Dr. Amanda Koontz, we are investigating the manifestations of social inequalities in the workplace. Specifically, we explore workload allocation equity among STEM faculty.

Conducting literature reviews, coding grey literature, survey development, recruiting participants

Managed and analyzed qualitative data. Assessed responses to scenarios based on the challenge-hindrance and role stressor frameworks. Coded qualitative data by rating along dimensions of novelty and usefulness to determine innovative thinking and creative coping strategies in the problem-solving process.
