Site Census size of 60 employeesResponsible for managing and deploying Honeywell Operating System(HOS) for the Phoenix Service Center Aftermarket R&O site. Trained and implemented all HOS elements: 5S, Continuous Improvement, Waste Observation, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Coaching, Change/Transition Management, Rapid Problem Solving/RCCA, SIOP, Visual Management, Standard Work/Best Practices, Process Design for Flow, and Built In Quality.

Managed 36 technicians to meet site OTTR, Inventory, Quality, Cost, Safety, Census and HOS objectives.Managed overall performance including site level delivery, cost and quality goals/objectives via SDP to support 2010-2012 SQP/AOP/STRAP.Turned around low performance site by driving culture change via HOS and realigning organization structure to maximize talents of existing team.Drove sustained delivery recoveries on critical/focus customers, led to improved VOC
