- Own and support the day-to-day client operations, partnering closely with my assigned account relationship owners to answer client inquiries, resolve issues & incidents, monitor performance, and service ongoing client.
- worked jointly with relationship owner to service client through sales implementation, go-live and renewal.
- Oversee the timely/accurate turnaround of client plan requests, including benefit changes, product changes, new group additions, client terminations, escalated issues, etc. Correct conflicting work before impact felt.
- conduct QBR/YBR jointly with relationship owner
- collaborate with clients and their broker’s to tailor their benefits to their needs during annual enrollment season.
