As a Senior Project Designer, it's my job to make sure projects are correctly calculated and thoroughly reviewed before being finalized and sent to the customer. My responsibilities include updating reports, calculations, and CAD drawings to the current codes and standards; creating tools and educational resources for internal and external us; and training members of the staff so that we all perform to the same standard of excellence.
