My product vision for Cost Segregation-• Become the first real estate investor partner that securely connects Certified Public Accounts system of record to a cost segregation solution.• Drive brand awareness and consistency by streamlining sales and operational communications to CPA and property owners through personalization and AI.• Stabilize cost study infrastructure to allow flexible reporting that reduces time of completion.• Increase the accuracy and efficiency of on-site cost studies by providing software to build separate cost studies for standalone homes and commercial buildings.
