As a Campus Visits Tour Guide for ACU, I get the opportunity to be one of the welcoming faces and an ambassador for the university. When prospective students come to campus, it is my responsibility to create trusting relationships and portray the values of Abilene Christian while touring them around the campus. As a tour guide and also the shift leader for my shift I am responsible for:*Coordinating and ensuring that all tasks are efficiently completed for our shift.*Leading 75-minute long tours for visitor groups ranging from one person to over 200 people.*Registering and conversing with prospective students and their families on a daily basis.*Participating in Q&A sessions for student groups that can reach upwards of 300 students on large visit days.*Updating the prospective students' information in our information system so that we can better accommodate them.

After a year of being a referee of Intramural Sports at ACU, I was promoted to the position of Game Manager. As Game Manager, I was responsible for: *Setting up and tearing down before and after games. *Managing the referees and check-in attendants. *Overseeing the flow and integrity of games, including handling misconduct by players. *Being the first responder for medical emergencies (I am CPR/First-Aid certified)

Performed quarterly audit review work for clients in both the Technology and Aerospace/Defense industries. These tasks ranged from analytical procedures to control walkthroughs.

*Completed tax returns for corporations, partnerships, individuals, trusts, and non-profits.*Completed depreciation schedules, WBTs, and depletion schedules for oil and gas.*Gained hands on experience with Fixed Assets, UltraTax, and QuickBooks.*Gained working knowledge of 1120's, 1040's, 990's, 1065's, and the schedules that compliment them.

As an intern for the NTPGA's Junior Tour, I was responsible for running the tournament operations alongside two other interns at different golf courses across the DFW area. Not only did I gain priceless experience, but I also furthered my relational and communication skills. I formed relationships with many of the kids and their families, and I also learned how to handle the difficult ones. Each day and tournament was unique, but some of my typical responsibilities included: *Setting up the course before 6:15AM. *Communicating with the golf course's management. *Registering over 100 players in a thirty minute time span. *Clearly communicating the tournament and course rules to the entire competitive field. *Enforcing the rules and integrity of the tournament. *Presenting the tournament winners' ceremony. *Engaging with the kids and parents throughout the day to enhance their experience.
