Jacon Fasteners & Electronics is a distributor of hardware, electronics and related products serving the aerospace and industrial markets since 1956. We specialize in value added, supply chain services like VMI & Kitting that streamline the procurement and manufacturing process for our customers. My role is to work with our team at Jacon to develop and sustain long term partnerships with our customers by building an efficient, low risk supply chain that ensures our customer have the right parts at the right time for the right cost.

A Reverse Mortgage is an Federally Regulated loan that is a wonderful retirement tool when used correctly. It was a very interesting program to be part of, especially between 2006 and 2012 as housing rose and fell, and the mortgage industry was fully transformed. I was involved in all facets of the business from regulation, marketing, sales, operations, supplier development, and sales personnel development. I enjoyed helping people learn about the program, coordinate all of the parties to complete the process and watch it change many peoples lives for the better.

My professional career began in the railroad industry working for a manufacture and of railcar suspension systems (Meridian Rail, formerly ABC-NACO). My experience involved working with suppliers internationally in Europe, Canada, and Mexico to oversee the entire product supply chain. I was part of a team that developed the bid for one of the largest outsourcing deals in the railroad industry at the time. We won the contract and I was given the task of coordinating the transportation and logistics for this program and our division. This evolved to managing our purchasing of component parts and selling of scrap steel to becoming General Manager of 2 different business units that reconditioned railroad car components. After about 10 great years with this company I decided to change gears. I took time off working and traveled and surfed around the world.
