As a huge people-person, aspiring businessman, and staunch patriot, I was forced to make a difficult decision early in my career: Either follow my lifelong dream of becoming an officer in the United States Air Force, or take a position at a promising organization labeled "the most important pre-IPO software company of its time."I was incredibly blessed to get the best of both worlds. First, at Qualtrics and now at ReCharge, I get to work with world-class organizations as they confront significant challenges in an ever-changing marketplace. As an LRO in the US Air Force Reserve, I am still able to serve my country on the weekends. My time in the Air Force has enabled me to meet amazing people and take part in something far more important than myself. For me, it's a perfect combination of civilian and military life.
