With over eight years of experience in the aviation industry, I am a passionate and skilled instructor/facilitator who specializes in H-60 Blackhawk helicopter crewmember standardization and flight instruction. I am currently serving as an instructor/facilitator at the Arizona Army National Guard, where I train crew chief and critical care flight paramedics to be qualified instructors in accordance with TRADOC doctrine. I am also a certified Common Faculty Development Instructor Course (CFD-IC) graduate, which enables me to design, develop, and deliver effective and engaging instruction for diverse audiences and learning objectives.Before joining the Arizona Army National Guard, I was a senior standardization flight instructor at Fort Campbell, KY, where I managed a large and complex aviation training program for 65 HH-60M MEDEVAC helicopter aircrew members and flight doctors. I was responsible for conducting airframe qualification, mission training qualification, and annual proficiency evaluations, as well as performing lifesaving MEDEVAC operations. I also served as a squad leader, a company arms room NCOIC, and a property accountable officer for assets worth over $100 million. In addition to my extensive experience and knowledge in MEDEVAC operations, I also have skills in managment, Instruction, and aviation maintenance.
